At The Vault Luxury Resale, we stand behind the authenticity of our curated collection; however, due to the exclusive nature of high-end consignment, all sales are final unless an item is proven to be misrepresented.
Return Process

Email our concierge within 48 hours of delivery if you believe your luxury item was inaccurately described or shows undisclosed damage.
- 2.Verification Review
Our authentication team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request meets our criteria.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your item with all original designer packaging, authenticity cards, and 'The Vault' security tags still attached.
- 4.Insured Shipping
Ship your return using a trackable, insured method to ensure your high-value investment is protected during transit to our boutique.
